That IDCO Rebate will be in the form of a 10% IDCO Discount on the Application Software Investment as listed on the Tribute, Inc. Software License Agreement, which will be applied at the time the license agreement of the TrulinX Software System between the IDCO member and Endorsed Supplier is consummated.
