IDCO proudly announces Melissa Woodley as Vice President of Collaboration and Development. In her new role, Melissa will work closely with IDCO members, committees, co-op groups, and advisors to identify new areas of added value beyond our core buying functions. She will focus on introducing new service offerings and evolving our existing services to better serve our group.
Melissa’s responsibilities will include developing the IDCO network, managing the co-op’s events and committee functions, and cultivating employee growth opportunities. This encompasses the highly successful Women’s Leadership Group and an exciting new initiative to develop the next generation of leaders, set to launch this fall at Expo.
During her nearly eight years, Melissa has consistently demonstrated growth and dedication. Her steady progression and commitment have well-prepared her for this leadership role. Despite IDCO’s small team size, we benefit from an extensive network of members, suppliers, outsourced providers, industry leaders, and buying groups, which provides us with a broad talent pool. Melissa expertly manages these resources, leveraging them for the co-op’s maximum benefit.
