The 2025 IDCO Expo brought together a record-setting 336 attendees at the Louisville Marriott Downtown for three days of strengthening relationships and driving growth across the co-op. This year’s theme—centered around The Hoser Network—recognized not only who we are today, but the reach, power, and momentum we continue to build together.

Over the past year, our network has expanded in various ways, including adding nine new member distributors in 2025, seven of whom joined us onsite for their first Expo. Their presence reflected what continues to set IDCO apart: a group of independent distributors committed to shared success, industry expertise, and the strength that comes from being part of a true co-op.

From the moment attendees arrived, energy filled the space. The Expo opened with a warm welcome at our New Member Reception, sponsored by PT Coupling, where new members were able to connect with the Board of Directors and IDCO team, setting the tone for a week centered on partnership.

Our Show Sponsor and Opening Night Reception Sponsor, Kuriyama of America, kicked off the event with a packed ballroom and an evening that brought everyone together. Throughout the week, members and suppliers came together for 20-minute meetings, productive conversations, and relationship-building that continues to define the heart of the IDCO Expo.

Meals and special events were generously supported by the supplier partners who help make this event possible each year. Midland Industries sponsored breakfast, and Flexaust hosted our lunch. On Tuesday, the Building a Culture of Leadership panel—sponsored by MTO—gave attendees a break between meetings. Three of IDCO’s respected leaders shared practical advice, personal stories, and insights from their own leadership journeys.

In the evenings, Brennan Industries brought everyone together for Dinner & Bourbon Night—a favorite every time. Dixon Valve and Coupling kept the momentum going on the final night with Game Night, featuring our first-ever Hoser Feud, where members and suppliers teamed up for a fun twist on the classic show. The Women’s Leadership Reception, sponsored by American Biltrite, continued its tradition of creating connections and supporting women within the co-op.

At its core, the 2025 IDCO Expo showcased what makes The Hoser Network unique: people. The conversations in the hallways, the new and existing partnerships at the meetings, the laughter shared at events—these moments reflect a community that is collaborative, forward-thinking, and united in helping one another grow.

As we look ahead to the coming year, we carry forward the momentum created in Louisville. The partnerships strengthened here, the opportunities identified, and the ideas exchanged will shape the next phase of what we can accomplish together.

Thank you to every member, supplier, and partner who made this year’s Expo great. The Hoser Network is strong because of you—and together, our reach and impact continue to grow.
