IDCO Co-op is happy to introduce Jeff Elwell, General Manager at Omni Services, as the newest member of the IDCO Product Advisory Committee (PAC).
The PAC is comprised of 15 product experts who work together to enhance the co-op’s overall product offering. The PAC actively pursues new product opportunities while evaluating potential new suppliers and current suppliers for market competitiveness and quality standards.
Jeff has been a constant at Omni Services in Portsmouth, NH since 1992. He began his career as Branch Manager, a position he held for 16 years. Jeff handled sales, purchasing, and inventory, and worked closely with outside sales to attract and retain customers, as well as suppliers to help determine which products should be stocked and displayed.
Jeff was promoted to Omni Inside Sales Manager in 2008, where he managed five New England branches and was responsible for hiring, training, and developing branch managers and implementing inside sales best practices.
In 2015, Jeff was named General Manager of Retail and MRO Inside Sales for Omni, a position he currently holds. He’s responsible for Omni’s 17 locations and has been working with suppliers and staff members to generate retail sales, which have doubled since he took the helm.
