Aztec Machine was started in 1997 as a hydraulic repair facility and machine shop. In 2008 we moved to a new facility in a business corridor area in Bloomfield NM. The company has grown from 2 people in 1997 to a staff of 23 in 2018. The high number of employees through the course of time was 44 Full-time Employees. The company has a full machine shop both manual and CNC machines, welding and fabrication area, full hydraulic repair capabilities including pumps, motors, valves, and cylinders. The company owns a waterjet, the primary core business for the waterjet is thick heavy metal cutting. Aztec Machine also has a full retail store that sells hose, fittings, safety supplies, rigging, and industrial goods. The company’s customer base includes power plants, mines, oil and gas, heavy industrial, municipalities, agriculture and average run of the mill walk-in customers.
